Mosaic partners with people with intellectual disabilities to create a meaningful life in a caring community, giving a voice to their needs.

Mosaic in Northeast Nebraska offers services in Norfolk, Columbus, Fremont, Ponca, and St. Edward, Nebraska. We are honored to serve nearly 100 people in Northeast Nebraska with the support of nearly 150 staff members.

We are proud of our heritage, dating back to our legacy organizations that laid the foundation for what has become over 100 years of service to those with intellectual disabilities. We remember those from Bethphage, who, so passionately cared for others on the plains of Nebraska dating back to 1913 in Axtell, Nebraska. We also remember the vision of those who started a school for children with disabilities in Sterling, Nebraska in 1925 under the name of Martin Luther Homes.

These two legacy organizations merged together to form Mosaic in 2003. We continue to carry this legacy forward and dedicate our service to the lives of those with disabilities.
