Mosaic in Northeast Kansas

Fundraiser a Success

This month Mosaic in Northeast Kansas held a fundraiser breakfast at the Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City. We did things a little differently this year and chose to have an intimate breakfast with around 40 members of our community. Particpants got to see first-hand how their support helps the individuals who benefit from our services. A sibling of a person in service shared his story of how Mosaic has helped his whole family, not just his brother who has autism. A dance troup showed off their talents with a choreographed routine set to a song called "If I don't dance." It was a truly memorable experience for everyone involved. Mosaic relys on the support of the community in Northeast Kansas and couldn't provide the level of support we do without individuals and businesses stepping up to make a difference.

If you missed our fundraiser, don't worry, there are other ways you can support our mission. This summer we are hosting several free luncheons designed to get our message out there, promote inclusion, and find volunteer opportunities for individuals in our community outreach program. Contact ashley.nadeau [at] mosaicinfo.org if you are interested in attending.
