Mosaic provides a life of possibilities for people with intellectual disabilities. We help people define their own happiness. We support them and empower the pursuit of their goals. We celebrate their successes, even if that success is as simple as the pursuit itself.

Mosaic is a consolidated service organization made up of two legacy agencies, Bethphage and Martin Luther Homes. Mosaic has been providing services to adults with disabilities in the central Iowa area since 1983. It was in 1983 that Bethphage opened three homes serving 24 people. In 1994, Martin Luther Homes opened nine homes to serve 36 people. In July of 2003, the two legacy agencies came together to form one premier organization named Mosaic.

Mosaic in Central Iowa now serves more than 240 adults in more than 100 locations and employs more than 490 dedicated staff members. People served by Mosaic receive 24-hour residential living supports.

Mosaic in Central Iowa is accredited with the Council on Quality and Leadership.
